Tomorrow, an interview I did with Morgen Bailey will be posted on her site at http://morgenbailey.wordpress.com/. Morgen has this not-so-wee site in the UK that has gotten over 47,000 hits since March 31, 2011. That means that all the blunders I made in my interview will be noticed by lots of people. And that everyone will know I don’t listen to my husband. Oh no!
On Friday I will be interviewed on another site called Sarah’s Point of View which is here: http://sarahintidam.blogspot.com/. From her site, you will learn that Sarah is “a romance-novel obsessed teenager that enjoys getting books for free. She has an opinion and thinks others should know it, so she decided, hey, why not make a review blog?” I can’t wait to hear her opinion on how I did with her interview. And I’m sure she’d love to hear your opinions about how I did with her interview, too.
On Sunday, my book blog tour starts. The first stop is at Debdatta @ b00k r3vi3ws where the host (who has admitted to being a book maniac) will be doing a guest post, review and give-away. The topic for this stop is “Ten Things You Don’t Know About Amy Peterson,” which is somewhat frightening because she hasn’t asked me many questions.
I’ll post the rest of my book blog tour schedule in the next couple of days so you have even more to look forward to.
P.S. Thanks again to my sister, Aby, for blogging about my book recently on her web site Simplify101.com. She’s a professional organizer and did a book give-away as part of her posting about my book. Aby was able to get me a few more followers and likers; she also asked everyone to respond to the question: “Do you think if you married a man with four kids that you would a) laugh to tell about, b) write a book to tell about it, or c) _______ (fill in the blank.)” The winner of the contest, Mickey, answered the question with: C: laugh, cry sometimes and write about it!! I got married to a man that had two kids and within our first two years of marriage added two more! It was all way more than I ever dreamed…being a mom/step-mom is hard, challenging and the most awesome thing all at the same time.
Thanks, Mickey and everyone else that participated!
